GIGAFLIGHT Hires Mark Miller, Business Development – Military & Defense

We are happy to announce that Mark Miller has joined GIGAFLIGHT as our new Business Development Lead for the Military & Defense Sector. Mark brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in the Aerospace Industry, specializing in leading and directing military and commercial upgrade support programs, as well as building strong relationships within the Aviation Market.  

Mark began his aerospace career at EMTEQ and stayed with the company throughout the many transitions to RTX, where he built a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and complex modernization programs, as well as an in-depth knowledge of fixed and rotor wing military platforms. He has earned an associate degree in Electronics Technology from Waukesha County Technical College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marion University. 

Throughout his aerospace career, Mark has excelled in various roles including procurement, sub-contracts, inventory control, production and operations management, lean lead, project and program management, business unit director, and business development. His extensive experience includes leading several U.S. and international aircraft upgrade programs for Installation/A-Kit design and fabrication. Mark has a deep understanding of the A-Kit Integration design process and has worked with teams to optimize the integration of electrical assemblies, delivering significant touch labor savings on aircraft. 

In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing disc golf, and visiting breweries.
