GIGAFLIGHT offers a line of lightweight, flexible, low-loss Quadrax ethernet cables that feature superior EMI performance. These cables are designed to meet and exceed the requirements of CAT5e, REACH, and RoHS. They are Skydrol resistant and pass the FAA flammability requirements of FAR Pt 23 & 25 (App F). These aerospace-grade Quadrax cables are designed to be terminated with ARINC 600 and D38999 Quadrax contacts. The white, laser-markable ETFE jackets protect each cable against wear and tear, the harsh environment, and makes installation much easier courtesy the exceptional flexibility and roundedness, in comparison to two twisted pair ethernet constructions. These aerospace-grade GIGAFLIGHT Quadrax cables are laser markable and can be purchased in different color ETFE jackets to suit your avionics applications. We also have a polyurethane jacket suitable for ground-based applications.
